FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: powered support to fair long wall with heading equipped with gate conveyer has internal section including capping and hydraulic props with supports, external section including capping with skids joined by bearing brackets, base with lateral guide carrying hydraulic props and carriage for driving station of long wall conveyer, upper hydraulic cylinder of movement coupled to cappings of internal and external sections and lower hydraulic cylinder of movement coupled with the aid of slider and locator to lateral guide of base of external section. Correction mechanism in the form of hydraulic cylinders oriented along width of this base is built in base of external section. Shell of each hydraulic cylinder is made fast to base of external section and its rod carries cam mechanism with center of gravity displaced towards heading conveyer for movement with its working surface under action of rod of hydraulic cylinder along plate located in base under rod of hydraulic cylinder and placed with inclination in direction of advance of rod of hydraulic cylinder. Working surface of cam mechanism is curvilinear with curvature radius increasing from axis of turn towards inclination of mentioned plate. Carriage for driving station of long wall conveyer is mounted immobile on base of external section and hydraulic props of internal section are located outside limits of base of external section which hydraulic props are oriented between hydraulic props of internal section in symmetry with longitudinal axis of long wall conveyer. Lateral guide is separable for its joint transfer together with lower hydraulic cylinder of movement from one side of base of external section and for its installation on other side of base depending on right or left direction of movement of powered support with regard to long wall. EFFECT: expanded operational capabilities of powered support to fair long wall with heading which length changes in process of work, decreased overall dimensions of powered support. 2 cl, 9 dwg
