FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: composition is obtained by mixing fruit-berry juice of sublimation drying, glucose, potassium chloride, potassium thiocyanate, pectin and CO2-extract of microorganism biomass of species Pythium ultimum as a solution in carbon dioxide under the above atmosphere pressure. Then pressure is dropped to atmosphere value to remove carbon dioxide from the mixture. The obtained composition shows the prolonged adaptogenic effect. EFFECT: improved method of the composition producing.
