FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of fruit-and-berry juice of sublimated drying, glucose, potassium chloride, potassium thiocyanide, pectin and CO2-extract of biomass of microorganisms of Pythium insidiosum species in the form of solution in carbon dioxide under pressure higher than atmospheric one. Then pressure reset is conducted up to atmospheric one for removal of carbon dioxide from mixture. EFFECT: prolonged agaptogenic action.
