FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, canned product industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with evaporating branch pipe and concentrate discharge branch pipe, pack of plates, splitter, sleeve with radial channel, rod-type longitudinal vibration concentrator. Plates are made in the form of truncated cones and mounted in housing so as to define with housing wall concentrate discharge channel. Splitter is positioned under plates. Sleeve is positioned in upper part of housing and its radial channel is in communication with product feeding pipe. Concentrator is mounted flush with sleeve and connected with ultrasonic source. Apparatus has high-voltage DC source connected with its one phase to concentrator and with its other phase to pack of plates and splitter.
