FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the marked degree of structural blood vessel changes like minimum vascular resistance (MVR) and functional ones like arterial tonus (AT). MVR being in normal state, sufficient hypotensive influence is predicted with no additional drug administration required. The MVR being high, physical training exercises load is considered to be insufficient and its combination with drug therapy is thought to be additionally required. AT value being equal to reference value, good hypotensive influence is predicted. The AT value drop being observed, training effectiveness is considered to be insignificant or fail causing additional hypotensive drug therapy to be additionally administered.
