FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used for prediction of individual adherence of patients with arterial hypertension to physical activity. Method involves determining of the level of vascular endothelial growth factor - VEGF in venous blood serum in the morning on an empty stomach. At that if the VEGF level does not exceed 200 mg/ml, predict a low medium compliance to regular physical activity.
EFFECT: using of the invention allows tom predict in due time the unsatisfactory tolerance to physical exercises, that provides the adequate selection of therapeutic actions taking into account specific features of each patient.
