SUBSTANCE: method includes estimation of blood circulation rate by method of venous occlusion plethismography at rest, ate reactive hypermea and during execution of isometric loading. Increment of regional resistance at isometric loading is calculated by formula given in the invention description. Positive value of increment of regional resistance is indicative of presence of hypertensive disease, while negative value excludes this disease. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
