FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: patient is prescribed pyrogenal in 2-3 days simultaneously with preparations of metronidazole group and/or quinolones daily for 3-6 months depending on disease severity degree. Then an interval of 5-7 days is needed followed by rocefin application together with autoblood every other day for a course of 2-6 weeks. After the second 7-8-day-long interval pyrogenal is again prescribed according to previous scheme along with daily intake of tetracyclines for a course of 2-3 weeks. Moreover, patients are prescribed for symptomatic treatment. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy, decreased number of relapses.
