FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved oral pharmaceutical medicinal forms of high dosage of an active substance. An active substance is mycophenolatemophetyl, mycophenolic acid or ranolazine. Indicated active substance is in a liquid state obtained by its heating to the point above its melting point followed by cooling to the point below its melting point. In preferable variant the oral pharmaceutical medicinal form is made as a capsule and contains therapeutically effective amount of mycophenolatemophetyl in liquid state obtained by heating to the first temperature above 95 C followed by cooling to the second temperature below 80 C.
