A hypoglycemic pharmaceutical combination contains a glucokinase activator, which is a compound HMS5552, PPAR receptor activator selected from a group consisting of rosiglitazone, pioglitazone, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The mass ratio of the glucokinase activator to PPAR receptor activator is from 50:1 to 1:10. The glucokinase activator is present in a dose in the range from 1 mg to 200 mg, and PPAR receptor activator is present in a dose in the range from 1 mg to 50 mg. In another embodiments, a hypoglycemic pharmaceutical composition and a hypoglycemic combined combination with a fixed dose are provided.
