FIELD: traumatology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to patents suffering, in particular, from diaphysial fracture of extremities. Anatoxin of blue-pus rod bacteria is injected into bone marrow canal of long bones through microirrigator which is installed during primary surgical treatment of compound fracture. Anatoxin is administered daily in doze 15-30 mcg for 3-5 days starting with the second postoperative day. EFFECT: accelerated and enhanced immune response. 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
