FIELD: cleaning of wind screens. SUBSTANCE: chamber of atomizer is formed by two parallel flat surfaces and bent wall closed with flat nozzle. Central body formed by closed smoothly bent surface and creating narrowing conduits together with wall is positioned across inlet to nozzle. Relation of conduit width to its height amounts to not more than 1:6. Flat is made on central body on side of inlet to nozzle to increase uniformity of dispersing of liquid. Recess forming concave surface which directrix is parallel to geometrical axis of central body is made on central body on side of inlet to nozzle. Atomizer provides for making spray-cone angles located in two mutually perpendicular planes to ensure wetting of part of wind screen cleaned by brushes.
