FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to hydraulic devices designed for dispersing and delivering liquids, in particular, vehicle windshield wipers and other similar devices. Nozzle has flat orifice formed by two planes converging at and angle and two surfaces curved to quadratic curve. Invention provides description of two design versions of surfaces made on nozzle members: on body and insert. Such design of orifice creates upper flow of atomized liquid, and heat liberating element is made in form of semiconductor device integrated with current and temperature limiting circuits. Design of heated nozzle makes it possible to use it in vehicles at low ambient temperatures precluding freezing of washing liquid in nozzle and providing possibility of melting ice in nozzle after long parking at below-zero temperatures. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. 4 cl, 5 dwg
