FIELD: fertilizers production. SUBSTANCE: method includes removal of solid admixtures, agitation, breakage, displacement, homogenization, dehydration, and granulation, operations of agitation, breakage, displacement, and homogenization of organic waste being carried out in the same electrohydraulic chamber affecting mixture by electric discharges cyclically displacing over the length of chamber casing. Installation comprises means for removing solid admixtures, supplying mixture components, agitation, breakage, displacement, homogenization, dehydration, and granulation. In electrohydraulic chamber, cyclic displacement of electric discharges is provided by a series of coupled electrodes disposed over the length of casing. Inlet of chamber is connected with mixture component supply means and its outlet with dehydration, and granulation means.
