FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of production of active organic fertiliser from waste products consists in that the mechanical impurities are removed, supply, movement and also simultaneous mixing and homogenisation is carried out, and the waste products flow is fed for mixing and homogenisation tangentially creating a rotating vortex medium, the homogenised suspension is obtained, having the density of 1.26-1.3 g/cm3, affecting it with energy-saturated, electromagnetic rotating field from the magnetic domains, which carry out waste product dispergation with destruction of chemical and biological structures at the molecular level, thereby obtaining sterile emulsion which is then separated into fractions. The organic fraction with humidity of 85-87% is extracted into independent nutrient medium and additives are added to it in the form of strains of soil-forming microorganisms. The complex for production of active organic fertiliser from waste products comprises a unit of waste product treatment, the unit of simultaneous mixing and homogenisation, the means of feeding and movement of masses, and it is additionally provided with a unit of process activation with the magnetic domains, a unit of fraction separation, a mixer, and a dispenser of additives.

EFFECT: inventions enable to convert nitrogen, phosphorus and other elements in the biogenic forms of microelements and amino acids, which enables to obtain active organic fertiliser.
