FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: method of processing organic and biological wastes into complex granulated organic-mineral fertilizers is carried out by performing the following process operations: feeding preliminarily compacted organic wastes into the mixer through a spinneret with synchronous feeding into the high-reactive quick lime mixer; displacement of biological waste granules in the mixer with a reagent, movement of granules into the reactor to complete the formation process on the granules of the shell; loading of biological waste, reagent and borates is performed strictly in proportion due to automation of technological process; carbonate shell of granules is formed in rotary reactor due to controlled chemical reaction with borates; steam and alkaline condensate formed as a result of isothermal reaction, has no outlet to atmosphere due to use of recuperative cooler and closed system, at that it is returned to technological process. Shell strength is ensured by using the carbon dioxide gas and other carbon-bearing gases obtained in the process and recovered with their recuperation. This method allows to produce complex organic-mineral fertilizers to order by selecting optimal fertilizer composition, ratio of useful biochemical elements and presence of microelements for crops, green plantations, etc., note here that specific types of soils are taken into account, results of laboratory investigations and plans of agrochemical measures for which specific fertilizer is prepared. Depending on technological solutions, the method allows to produce complex organomineral fertilizers on industrial scales at installations of different capacity: from 100 cubic meters per day to 50 cubic meters per hour. Organic and biological wastes used in processing, incl. municipal, agricultural and livestock-and-poultry production wastes, mineral wastes, industrial wastes are recycled. Simultaneously, a new marketable, ecologically clean and absolutely safe commodity product is created, which allows to achieve increase of fertility, restoration of crop rotation, improvement of soil structure and ecological compatibility of agricultural crops cultivation.
EFFECT: method is competitive, has an advantage over existing methods, technologies, fertilizers and is most preferable for economic efficiency, manufacturability of production, solution of task of environmental protection and restoration of fertility of lands.
