FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: metal alloys based on iron in which hardening is based on precipitation of particles with quasi-crystalline structure formed with their holding up to 1000 h and their ageing temperature up to 650 C. Alloy may contain the following doping components chromium, nickel, and iron in total exceeding 50% and additionally may contain at least 0.5 wt.% of molybdenum. Alloy is used in manufacture of articles of medical and stomatologic application. EFFECT: extremely high increase of strength and resistance to ageing. 9 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
