FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: buttress wall is used in buried engineering structures in territories with mining operations and in seismic regions. Sectional buttress wall is made up of facing slabs, abutments, anchors, and foundation. Foundation is made in the form of solid L-shaped pile-type framework which simultaneously functions as additional facing member and as arm of bending moment protecting against active ground pressure. For taking horizontal load, piles of front row are installed with incline. Steps made in rear part of pile-type framework serve for anchoring of abutments and pile-type framework itself. L-shaped solid slab of framework is widened in its lower part which is kept in contact with filtering insert. Aforesaid embodiment of sectional reinforced concrete buttress wall is particularly efficient in complex engineering and geological conditions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
