FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to multi-storied buildings and methods of their erection on slopes or cliffs. The multi-storied building includes terraces with their slanting parts being connected to rigidly inter-connected horizontal reinforced concrete foundation slabs and load-bearing walls. The said load-bearing walls are made as retaining walls stretching to the height of each building storey and form part of foundation. The foundation is made many-floored, multi-graded and built into slope or cliff. It consists of pile work at each building storey, which is formed by one or more lines of piles erected in the horizontal part of terrace, horizontal reinforced concrete foundation slab and retaining wall to be mounted on pile work so that to form solid reinforced concrete structure as a foundation floor of each storey. The upper parts of retaining walls in each underlying foundation floor are rigidly connected with horizontal reinforced concrete foundation slab of each above-lying floor in the points of their axes crossing and form common any-floored multi-graded structure of solid building foundation. Longitudinal load-bearing walls or framework columns are erected on horizontal reinforced concrete foundation slab of each foundation floor on the same as retaining walls of underlying foundation floor or at some distance from that axis to side of slope or cliff. Reinforced concrete floor slabs are mounted above retaining walls by their one side and on longitudinal load-bearing walls or framework columns by their other side. The floor slabs are rigidly connected with columns and extend with horizontal reinforced concrete foundation slab at each storey. In addition, the aisle length of reinforced concrete floor slabs at each storey, except for the ground floor, is equal to a sum of distances between retaining walls in horizontal projection but no less than two underlying foundation floors so that common closed net volume of the whole building foundation can be produced.
EFFECT: possibility of multi-storied building erection on slope of cliff.
