WORKING EQUIPMENT OF SCRAPER Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: earth cutting and moving machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: working equipment relates to scrapers having device for loading and unloading of ground. Working equipment has bowl with extending bottom and front apron, and operating hydraulic cylinders. Bottom of bowl is made with backward incline relative to its lateral axis. Bottom is continued with cantilevers. Vertically installed in slots of cantilevers are spring-biased cutting-off blades which are rigidly connected to each other in their upper part and are kept in contact with corresponding side walls of bowl. Made in front apron are cutouts and eye-lugs with rollers. Installed on bowl bottom at its internal side and against aforesaid cutouts are spring-biased grips. Grips are located at such distance from bowl cutting edge that at final moment of unloading, axis for grips is positioned in common plane and in common straight line with axis of front apron and with axis of rollers of eye-lugs. Application of aforesaid embodiment of scraper working equipment allows for reducing power needed for unloading of scraper bowl together with improving efficiency of cleaning its side walls from sticking ground due to introduction of extending bottom made with backward incline and application of spring-biased cutting-off blades.
