FIELD: automatic test and timely control over process of drilling of inclined boreholes. SUBSTANCE: longitudinal and lateral vibrations of drilling pipe string are measured in process of drilling and parameters of trajectory are found. Longitudinal and lateral vibrations are measured along orthogonal axes. One of axes coincides with direction of axis of drilling tool. Modulus of summary vector of vibrations and its direction are found, relative position of measured vector and tangent to specified trajectory in given point is determined and if they do not coincide technological parameters of drilling are corrected with the aid of computer till required position of tool is restored.
