FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle heat exchange devices. SUBSTANCE: condenser-radiator has core consisting of parallel tubes with high-pressure cooling agent of air conditioning system, and tubes with engine coolant, pair of headers uniting opposite ends of tubes with cooling agent, pair of tanks - headers consisting of tube plate and plastic semi-tank uniting opposite ends of tubes with coolant, corrugated tapes common for cooling agent tubes and coolant tubes and protected by strips and thus connecting cooling agent tubes and coolant tubes to each other, branch pipes for connecting headers with air conditioning system and branch pipes for connecting tank-headers with engine. Parallel cooling agent tubes and coolant tubes are connected by bridges. Tubes plates are made in form of deepened troughs with perforated bottoms and flanged upper edges provided with chutes and clamping teeth. Distance between outer surfaces of tube plate chutes exceeds maximum distance between polar (extreme) generating lines of outer surfaces of headers by value not less than double thickness of working edge of clamping plate. Tank-headers are made in form of covers with branch pipes for taking in and letting out the coolant. Non-contact parts of edges of corrugated tapes connecting cooling agent tubes with coolant tubes in inter-tube spaces are directed to sides opposite to contact parts if edges of these corrugated tapes.
