FIELD: heat exchange equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has flat parallel top and bottom walls, front and back walls, which provides connection of top and bottom walls, at least one longitudinal wall, which is shaped as curve in longitudinal section. It provides possibility to produce non-parallel channels with alternate hydraulic diameter along their length. Respective method involves pressing metal, which is in plastic state through shaping equipment and core rods, and simultaneous supply of pulsing compressed gas flow long channel of at least one rod which enter into slot through hole, which is located in opposite to open ledge at end of adjacent rod. Then, method involves bending at least part of wall inside adjacent channel and production of channels, which hydraulic diameter differs along their length. EFFECT: increased heat exchange capacity, possibility to achieve deformation, agitation and turbulence of hear carrier flow. 7 dwg
