FIELD: heat exchange equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to elements of heat-exchange apparatuses, specifically, to their cores that treat media with various characteristics. Multiduct tape is made of two closed adjacent shells. Inside one of them there are several partitions which are divided by separating slit with links. There are three versions of manufacture of tape. Metal is extruded and periodic forcing of metal is conducted at same time to obtain separating slit with links. Metal is extruded in the form of two separate strips which are connected by links with use of welding, for instance, at exit from extruder. Tape is produced from sheet-rolled metal. Interval between passage is perforated at final stage of formation of shells by perforating rollers. Design of plane- oval multiduct tape makes it possible to diminish heat exchange between flows of adjacent media, to manufacture tape in one run of single process without any additional time spent to make separating slit.
