FIELD: heat supply systems. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure quantity of heat spent to heat transfer agent used by individual consumer. Impeller and counting mechanism are mounted in case for interaction by means of magnetic clutch. Dissector located on side of inlet hole of case and coupled to free end of bimetal spring anchored on partition is put on axle of impeller. Axle of impeller is made fast to partition. Angle of setting of dissector relative to axis of flow is changed with the use of adjustment screw tied to partition. EFFECT: simplified design and increased functional reliability. 1 cl, 3 dwg
