FIELD: the invention refers to heat engineering measuring.
SUBSTANCE: the mode includes estimation of consumed heat according to heat carrier mass, its specific heat capacity and the period of heat consumption. At that possible utilization of heat carrier by a consumer for its needs is calculated. The arrangement has meters in the circuit of the input and output of the hot-water system and a scheme of processing and representation of registrations. Each meter has a body and a frame with a small turbine. The small turbine is firmly connected with constant magnets. On the body there are coils of a stator. One part of coils rely on thermobimetallic plates and the second part is firmly fixed on the body. The arrangement for calibration of meters has valves, a pipeline system, a heat carrier capacity, meters of temperature and level and also an arrangement for creation of overpressure.
EFFECT: allows to increase sensitiveness and simplify the mode of determination of consumption and also provides autonomy of calculation of heat consumption.
