SUBSTANCE: recorder has system receiving information identifying actual geographic position of vehicle transmitted over wireless and, if necessary, computer unit for computing digital data on geographic position of vehicle as well as memory device for continuous storage of data on geographic position of vehicle converted into digital form in data medium protected against dubbing of recorded data; memory stores, in addition, time information enabling identification of moment at which every particular position of vehicle was recorded. Data medium is easily replaceable facility and data reader is provided for entering data identifying vehicle driver and information recorded on data medium.
