FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: tachograph is furnished with the driver individual card containing the data of the driver and vehicle. Satellite navigation receiver allows determining the vehicle coordinates and speed in time to be recorded into the driver individual card along with the driver's working and rest hours. To control the vehicle motion, the driver individual card is withdrawn from the digital tachograph and inserted into the inspector individual control device to read out the traffic digital card. The data are read out from the driver individual card and compared with the data in the inspector control card to reveal the violations of the rules of the road made by the driver.
EFFECT: higher efficiency control of vehicle, revealing time, location and type of violations of rules of road.
