FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: microprocessor 8 transmits through an input-output port of standard interface UART 10 the navigation information on location of transport vehicle to GSM/GPRS modem 15, which performs authentication of track tachograph by means of SIM card 12 in GSM network, and after that, it transmits the received information to the dispatch centre. Information from GLONASS/GPS/GALILEO satellite navigation receiver 14 is supplied via standard NMEA protocol to microprocessor 8, in which a navigation component containing the information on ground velocity, latitude, longitude is converted to be transmitted to the dispatch centre. At the same time, time synchronisation of track tachograph with the time of UTC used by GLONASS/GPS/GALILEO space navigation system is performed. Information from accelerometer 4 is transmitted to microprocessor 8 as well, where it is compared with the information received from GLONASS/GPS/GALILEO space navigation receiver.
