SUBSTANCE: connector has plug and socket joined together, each incorporating insulating shroud accommodating , respectively, pins and jacks, relative positioning and locking members; the latter have fusible coatings applied to surfaces of pins and respective inner surfaces of jacks; electric heaters are mounted in at least one shroud, that of plug and/or socket.
