FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with product charging branch pipe, product discharge branch pipe and steam supply branch pipes. Steam distributors have perforated pipe and perforated cylinder, which are mounted in casing so as to define annular gap for passage of product. Perforations in steam distributors are made in the form of Laval nozzles. Steam distributors are formed of permanent magnets with diametrically opposed arrangement of poles.
