SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with product charging branch pipe and product discharge branch pipe and steam supplying pipes. Steam dispensers have perforated tube and cylinder positioned within housing in axially aligned relation so as to define annular passage for product. Guide in the form of strip is disposed in annular space. Perforations of steam dispensers are made in the form of Laval nozzles.
