FIELD: medicine, particularly, methods of treatment of sleep apnea syndrome. SUBSTANCE: during sleep, nose mask with lock-metering pump R-100 is secured to patient. Lock- metering pump is synchronized with patient breathing for operation in 100 ms from beginning of each inhalation. Method allow increase of excitability of respiratory center in patients ill with central form of syndrome of sleep apnea without increase of expiratory resistance to breathing and minimum subjective discomfort. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment.
