SUBSTANCE: one should measure the concentration of CO2 in respiratory tract, moreover, it is necessary to carry out synchronous registration of a spirogram and a capnogram. One should form a curve of volumetric capnogram against the volume of inhaled and expired air and if CO2 in inspiratory phase doesn't reach the value of carbonic acid in atmospheric air it is possible to diagnose inefficiency of inhalation, and in case of decreased steepness of CO2 concentration drop against the volume of inspired air it is possible to diagnose inspiratory obstruction. The innovation widens the quantity of means for predicting the disorders of external respiration.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
