FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: composition containing bischofite mother liquor at concentration 29-32% has additionally aerosil and glycerol as an addition at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: bischofite mother liquor 88-91; aerosil 5.5-7.5 and glycerol 4-7. Addition of aerosil and glycerol to bischofite mother liquor results to a new technical property - increase of bioavailability of bischofite components to internal pain sites (joints, vertebras and others) due to exception of dehydration of subcutaneous tissues. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, decreased adverse effects, increased bioavailability. 2 tbl
