FIELD: medicine; rheumatology.

SUBSTANCE: affected area is preheated with application of silt-sulfide mud with a temperature of 40°, exposure for 15 minutes, in a course of 8 procedures. Then, applications of native bischofite of a room temperature are applied using wetted fabric flap, polyethylene film, and terry towel, the procedure is carried out every other day with exposure for 15 minutes. Impact-wave therapy is carried out: pressure is 2 bar, frequency is 10 Hz, a number of pulses is 2000, in a course of 5 procedures except for days of applications. The remaining 3 combined applications are used daily.

EFFECT: method provides a higher analgesic and dehydrating effect, allows for minimization of the use of drug therapy, reduction in time of temporary disability, provision of prevention of progression of a pathological process and development of disability.
