FIELD: metallurgy, production of castings in form of rods with flange by method of liquid metal forging. SUBSTANCE: installed on hydraulic press 1 is press mold 2 which consists of plate 3 with matrix 4 and plate 5 with punch 6. Installed in matrix 4 is pusher 7 with circular groove. Cylinder 10 moving pusher has attachment 11 having blind hole with crossing recesses in which latches are arranged on axles. Such method of fastening allows rapid dismantling of pusher in servicing of press mold. Turning of handle 20 round axle of attachment 11 results in bringing of latches by slots of bushing 17 from circular groove on pusher 7 to free it for dismantling. Removing mechanism 21 includes slider 23 connected by axle 24 with bellcrank 25 and groove 26 of cross-piece 27. Levers 25,29 and 30 form parallel link mechanism together with cross-piece 27. Design of removing mechanism provides for one double stroke of driving cylinder to produce, both, horizontal and vertical motions of fork of removing mechanism. This makes it possible to reliably unload articles in form of rods with flange. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
