FIELD: construction, applicable for manufacture of products of building materials. SUBSTANCE: the unit comprises a bed with a delivery table, fixed matrix with a movable bottom and guide table successively mounted on its uprights flush with it in the horizontal plane. A die secured on a movable cross-member is installed above the matrix coaxially with it. Horizontal unbalanced shafts of the vibration exciter are mounted on the movable cross- member. The matrix movable bottom by means of tail pieces is rigidly coupled to a thrust plate hinge-joined by means of a pin to the free travel shackle of the ejector. The thrust plate rests on the bed uprights by means of flexible supports. The movable cross-member through flexible members is coupled to the ends of the rods of the power cylinders of the vertical movement drive fastened to the bed. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced capacity and quality of products, reduced labour input, reduced power consumption and noise level. 4 cl, 4 dwg
