FIELD: mixing of suspension (cutting fluid) with powder additive. SUBSTANCE: device has overflow tube coupled to vortex chamber. Tapered insert is mounted in chamber. Overflow tube is mounted for lifting and lowering to definite height and overlapping of receiving neck. It ensures control of powder additive density in cutting fluid. Additional treatment of surface is performed by formation of cavitation caverns in suspension through air supply to vortex chamber. Receiving neck is opened during delivery of powder additive or at end of work. Connection pipe with valve controls availability of cavitation caverns.
