FIELD: construction engineering and assembly jobs. SUBSTANCE: cargo is secured to bottom of flying vehicle by means of hanger. Orientation of cargo in horizontal plane is effected by means of flexible rods connected to cross-piece at one end and to drive at other end. Used as drive is cargo-hoisting equipment available on board (winch or telpher). Ropes of winch are passed through blocks secured at maximum distance from lock of suspension. EFFECT: low expenses for performing assembly jobs due to use of standard winch as drive; possibility of using nonspecialized transport vehicles; reduced mass and increased stabilizing and control action. 5 cl, 6 dwg
