FIELD: hoisting-and-conveying machinery and transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes cross- member with cargo ropes at the ends and orienting system. Cross- member is connected with flying vehicle lock by means of couplings which meet at the lock. Orienting system is connected with cross-member for transmission of torque; it is made in form of ring mounted for rotation around axis of suspension; it is connected with flying vehicle by means of flexible couplings. Ring has groove on its outer side. This groove is used for laying turns of flexible couplings whose free ends are connected with actuators mounted on flying vehicle. Ring is connected with cross-member by means of two hinges for turn around longitudinal and transversal axes of cross-member. EFFECT: increased angles of turn of cargo for aligning actual position of cargo with designed one at any direction of wind; possibility of using this device for helicopter having small clearance. 2 cl, 4 dwg
