FIELD: devices and methods for simultaneous biological elimination of phosphorus and nitrogen from sewage waters. SUBSTANCE: hydrolysis-acidifying stage made in form of filter on floating layer with pipeline for supply of sewage waters is separated into anoxia and anaerobic zones and has material-carrier and aerating device. Successively connected nitrification-denitrification stage is divided into aerated zone with velocity layer and nonaerated zone with weighted layer and contains less than 80 vol.% of floating material-carrier. Residence time in hydrolysis-acidifying stage amounts to maximum of 1.5 h with supply of air by short cycles every 6 h, and material-carrier is held in state of turbulence. Mixture of sewage waters and activated sludge is purified on nitrification stage. Then, circulation is effected through previous stages and through device of secondary treatment. Fouling carriers are held on their corresponding stages. EFFECT: higher intensity of biological elimination of phosphorus and nitrogen at low temperatures, reduced reaction time and reduced volume of reactors. 6 cl, 3 dwg
