SUBSTANCE: machine has housing with flat parallel walls and two coaxial cylinders whose heads are coupled through connecting rods with output shaft crank. Pistons arranged in cylinders are coupled through connecting rods with cranks. Cross holes are made in heads to provide communication of arc-shaped ports with working chambers. Outer surfaces of cylinders from side of walls have planes located at minimum distance from walls required for free movement of cylinders. Ports are displaced relative to each other in axis of planetary moment of cross holes to organize required order of circulation of working medium in cylinders. Output shafts rotation synchronizer is made in form of hypoid three-link drive providing synchronous rotation of cranks at equal speed ω.
