FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: with gas-turbine plant running to generate electricity, main air stream is heated in process reactor by mixing it up with furnace gases produced in burning fuel gas in special burner assembly. Steam is permanently, and part of compressed air permanently or periodically, supplied as marketable product along with steam produced in heat-recovery boiler and as electrical energy obtained in starting motor-generator set in case it is incorporated in gas-turbine plant. Amount of compressed air supplied as marketable product is regulated by varying degree of heating of gases cooled down in exhaust-heat boiler earlier before they are supplied to gas turbine. As soon as maximum permissible temperature is attained, starting motor-generator set is changed over for running as motor and not as generator or starting turbine is changed over from fan-operation to working mode.
