FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and is intended for electric power generation at coverage of variable load of electric power consumption on the basis of air energy accumulation technology. According to the method of operation of the heat recovery circuit as part of the air-accumulating gas-turbine plant, during the period of electric load decay in the compressor air taken from the environment is compressed, preliminary cooled and supplied to the air accumulator. At that, during the electric load lifting period, one part of the steam-and-water circuit condensate of the waste heat boiler, which is part of the heat recovery circuit, is directed to the waste heat boiler, the other part of the condensate flow is pumped into the cooler for cooling of the air compressed by the compressor, which after its heating is accumulated in the heat accumulator. During the period of electric load rise, part of the condensate accumulated in the heat accumulator is directed to the waste heat recovery boiler, mixing with the other part of the condensate of the steam-and-water circuit of the waste heat recovery boiler, thereby increasing steam flow rate in the steam part of the heat recovery circuit of the air-accumulating gas turbine power plant.

EFFECT: disclosed method makes it possible to increase efficiency of production of peak electric power at constant consumption of accumulated air.
