FIELD: electronic control systems of two-fuel internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of parameters of modes of operation of engine, generation of control signals in microprocessor controller (control unit) on basis of these parameters for metering main fuel and transmitting these signals to main fuel metering members. Control signals for metering alternative fuel are generated on basis of the same parameters as for main fuel in the microprocessor controller. These control signals are transmitted via the same channels as for main fuel. The same controller is used for generation of additional control signals for control of other actuating members of engine, for example ignition subsystem. EFFECT: simplification of control of engine; enhanced accuracy of optimization of adjustment of control system. 4 cl, 2 dwg
