SUBSTANCE: apparatus is used for bending of anchor tie-rods upon installation of power girdle on pipeline in the process of securing of pipeline. Apparatus has cross-piece and levers pivotally attached to cross-piece and equipped with bending rollers. Levers are driven by hydraulic cylinders pivotally connected with cross-piece. Rods of hydraulic cylinders are pivotally connected to levers. EFFECT: increased efficiency by simplified work and reduced labor intensity for securing pipelines. 2 cl, 5 dwg
