FIELD: solar-electric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: solar power plant is arranged so that sun rays incident on it are concentrated by Fresnel mirror formed by field 6 of concentrating mirrors 7; concentrated rays are focused in solar radiation detector by means of additional dielectric mirror 12 mounted at certain level above solar collector and designed to reflect concentrated sun rays to collector; set of image non-forming auxiliary concentrators may be placed in space between dielectric mirror 12 and detector, in concentric areas. Solar radiation detector may be connected directly to heat storage system. EFFECT: simplified design, facilitated maintenance. 27 cl, 5 dwg
