FIELD: manufacture of light-sensitive elements for solar batteries. SUBSTANCE: invention can also be used for manufacture of inert attachments of SPM microscopes, storage batteries and so on. Proposed process of preparation of nanoparticles of metal oxides containing injected particles of metal is also related to preparation of inorganic fuller- like ( IF ) structures of metal chalcogenides with metal intercalated and/or confined inside. Process includes heating of material from metal I by steam or evaporation of specified material from metal I with water or any other suitable solvent in presence of salt of metal II and collection of oxide of metal I with addition of metal II or continuation of process by way of subsequent sulfurization resulting in winning of sufficient quantities of IF structures of chalcogenides of metal I with metal II intercalated and/or confined inside. Salt of metal II preferably presents salt of alkali, alkali-earth or transition metal or alkali metal chloride which is most preferable. IF structures, intercalated or used as shell, can be employed in the capacity of lubricants. They also form stable suspensions, for instance, in alcohol, and electrophoretic precipitation from mentioned suspensions makes it possible to win thin films from intercalated IF materials which have very wide range of possible applications.
