Devices for implementation of these methods include phase shifters of delay line, first and second signal conversion units, analog-to-digital converters, Fourier transform units, units determining power density, first and second storages, units of filters, control units, frequency determining units, Hilbert transform units, units of discrete cosine transform and determination of spectral power density, units computing square of modulus of analytical signal, subtracters, fast Fourier transform units, units of inverse Fourier transform, commutators.
